Subtle notes of rose petals open up to strawberry on the nose with a splash of cranberry and pink grapefruit on the palate.
Our Primitivo was whole cluster pressed at night to retain the fruit character. The juice was pressed into cold settling tanks
where it stayed for 36 hours before being racked off lees. Fermented at 45 degrees to retain the bright fruit, we blended
in some Pinot Noir saignee to enhance the wine.
